Each month, the VanDevere Employees select a local charity to support as a way of giving back to the communities in which we live and conduct business. This month, we are supporting The Battered Women’s Shelters of Summit and Medina Counties. These shelters play a vital role in providing hope to victims of domestic violence. We are doing our part by donating items the shelters need to continue offering a safe and healthy environment for families who have chosen a violent-free life. Please feel free to join us by donating any of the items listed below:
- Cleaning Supplies: laundry soap, dryer sheets, fabric softener, bleach, dishwashing liquid, 30 gallon trash bags, tall kitchen trash bags, 60 watt light bulbs, deodorizers…
- Paper Products: toilet tissue, kleenex, paper towels, paper plates, napkins, plastic silverwear…
- Children’s Snacks: fruit cups, pudding cups, small bags of cookies, chips, dried fruit, fruit rollups, juice boxes…
- Food Items: canned goods, boxed cereals, peanut butter, jelly, crackers…
- Over The Counter Medications: (Both adult and children’s formulas) cold and flu medication, pain relievers, fever reducers, antacids, cough medicine and cough drops…
