Linda and Duane Burkhammer of Akron pickup up their brand new 2014 Kia Soul from VanDevere Kia in Akron after being named the winner of the VanDevere Thrive And Drive Raffle on Thursday May 14th.
VanDevere donated a car to their Thrive And Drive program this past year. Local community youth organizations where then allocated raffle tickets to sell, raising money for their respected organizations. Linda and Duane purchased a ticket from the Akron Soap Box Derby organization and were contacted Thursday with the exciting news.
We would like to thank everyone for their support during this fundraising event that resulted in thousands of dollars going back to all participating local organizations.
